What do I like even more about Halloween? It's my birthday!
This year I threw myself a Birthday/Halloween party at me and my boyfriend's small, but chic apartment. As soon as October began, I started planning. My focus went straight to lighting. I bought magenta/purple light bulbs from Target. I plugged them in right away and fell absolutely in love with colored, mood lighting! Skip ahead 3 weeks later to when I discovered Sengled lightbulbs! I installed them 1 day before the party and I knew I was going to be such a dad when I showed them off to my guests. Colored lightbulbs have become my favorite way to add color to an all white room. We rent so we can't paint any of these walls but having colored lights, and being able to choose from basically any color that exists, I can add that pop of color the room needs any given day.
